Lieutenant Colonel John M Evans

LTC John M. Evans was born in Topeka, Kansas and enlisted in the United States Army in 1989 as an infantryman. Upon graduation from Kansas State University, he was commissioned as a Medical Service Corps officer in 1996. He has served in a variety of worldwide assignments which include operational deployments to Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Operation Joint Guard and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

His Assignments include Platoon Leader, Detachment Commander, and Division Medical Supply Officer, E/123rd MSB, 1AD (Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina); Chief, Logistics Division, and Team Lead, BCTP Homeland Defense, Munson Army Community Health Center (Ft. Leavenworth, KS); Division Medical Logistics Officer, Commander, E/27th MSB and Commander B/515th FSB, 1CD (Ft Hood, TX and Baghdad, Iraq); Health Facilities Project Officer-Hood, USAHFPA (Ft. Hood, TX); Health Facilities Program Manager-Southwest, USAHFPA (Ft. Bliss, TX); Chief, Logistics Division, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX.

LTC John M. Evans’ civilian education includes a Baccalaureate of Science, Business Management, from Kansas State University, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He is a graduate of Command and General Staff College.

LTC John M. Evans’ awards and decorations include; the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (3), Army Commendation Medal (4), Combat Infantry Badge, Combat Medical Badge, Expert Infantry Badge and Expert Field Medical Badge.

CSM Reynolds is from Newville, Alabama and enlisted in the United States Army in 1989 as a Material Storage and Handling Specialist and in 1994 reclassified to an Accounting Specialist

His assignments include: 190th Maintenance Company, Ft Hood, Texas; 177th Finance Battalion, Camp Casey, Korea; 82nd Finance Battalion, Ft Bragg, North Carolina; Space and Building Management, Pentagon; Personnel Command, Alexandria, Virginia; Alpha Company, Training Support Battalion, Ft Jackson, South Carolina; Noncommissioned Officers Academy, Ft Jackson, South Carolina; Third Army/US Army Central, Ft McPherson, Georgia.

CSM Reynolds’ military education include: Unit Supply Clerks Course, Unit Armorer Course, Basic Instructor Course, Small Group Instructor Course, Warrior Transition Unit Staff Training Course, Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution Course, Resource Management and Budget Course, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course, Army Comptroller Course, Executive Comptroller Course, Senior Resource Manager Course, Army Cost Management Certificate Course, the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 56) and the Command Sergeant Major Development Program.
